MEET THE PARTNERSHIP

The Joe Louis Greenway Partnership (JLGP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit serving as the community steward for the 30-mile greenway looping through Detroit, Highland Park, Hamtramck, and Dearborn.

One of the first portions of the Joe Louis Greenway to open, transforming underutilized land and existing corridors into public space.

TRAILHEADS

Warren Gateway
A 4 acre park featuring Michigan's tallest tube slide, multi-use trails, public workout facilities, and a pavilion.
Joy & Alpine Rd
A major trailhead and access point featuring a community pavilion, parking, and seasonal fresh food stand.
Grand River
A public plaza and gateway park featuring a community gathering space and a bronze statue of boxing legend Joe Louis. 
Intervale-Roselawn Park
A newly renovated neighborhood park with playground space and basketball courts
